Thank you for your interest in PEP Housing. PEP Housing’s properties have been developed under one or more federal, state, or local housing programs. Therefore, in addition to our own applicant screening criteria, eligibility to live at a PEP Housing property may depend on your household income or composition (elderly, disabled, etc.) Qualifying as an eligible household does not give you any lease or rental rights. You will be offered a unit only when you have been presented with written notification.

We are required by regulations and other policies to have you provide us with certain personal information as indicated below. The basic steps to qualify and obtain occupancy are as follows:

2.    Credit and Background Checks
3.    Appropriate assignment to the Waiting List
4.    Verification Process
5.    Approval/Lease
6.    Move in
