Thank you for your interest in PEP Housing. Our apartments in all current developments are designed for low-income seniors 62 years of age or older. In the future, low-income seniors 55 and older may be eligible to live at our new developments. If you are interested in applying for housing, please review PEP Housing's Eligibility Criteria & Current Rents . After reviewing this document, if you think you may be eligible, the following steps are necessary to become a resident at one of PEP Housing's properties.

1.    Application/Initial Determination of Eligibility
2.    Credit and Background Checks
3.    Appropriate Assignment to the Waiting List
4.    Verification Process
5.    Approval/Lease
6.    Move In
