PEP Housing is comprised of the following departments: 

The Housing Development Department is responsible for identifying potential acquisitions, feasibility studies, entitlement work, financing and construction. In order to best serve the needs of the very low-income population, this Department works diligently to stay on the cutting edge of innovation. This includes analyzing mixed-income and mixed-use projects. We also work with for-profit developers of larger projects, providing project enhancement and management expertise in the affordable housing arena, allowing both parties to achieve individual and mutual objectives.

The Property and Compliance Department works to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal reporting requirements. It is also responsible for maintaining a complete and thorough understanding and application of all regulatory and Fair Housing regulations.

The Finance Department is responsible for all the financial affairs of the organization, including preparation of periodic financial statements and acting as liaison with the organization’s independent auditors. The department assures maintenance of effective internal controls to guarantee safeguarding of company assets.

The Fundraising & Community Relations Department is responsible for developing and implementing an annual fundraising and community relations program. Their goal is to promote PEP Housing and ensure its future success and financial integrity. This includes organizing fundraisers, community events, dedications, open houses, and other activities. The Fundraising Department also oversees all corporate publications, public relations, and marketing activities.

Our Property Management Department is responsible for providing a wide range of services. PEP Housing staff work regularly with residents from the day they first turn in an application. With nearly thirty years of experience in property management, our team is dedicated to working closely with the residents in establishing a sense of community. This commitment includes good design and community planning, well-managed and inspired communities. Our staff make residents their highest priority, ensuring that they have what they need in order to age in place with dignity.

Through professional property management and maintenance we provide a pleasant environment for residents and their guests. We take seriously our obligation to the citizens who have helped shape and protect our nation. The ultimate goal of PEP Housing is to ensure that residents, employees, neighbors and the public at large see these properties as a valuable asset to the entire community.

On-site Resident Managers and Resident Services Coordinators ensure that the needs of our residents are being met on a daily basis. Our mission is not only to provide a dwelling, but also to offer our residents opportunities to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. We’ve established relationships with existing agencies and organizations in bringing a variety of programs, services and events to our senior communities.
