By purchasing a raffle ticket, you are helping PEP Housing maintain our immaculate apartment complexes and, most importantly, provide the lowest rents anywhere in the area for seniors on fixed incomes. With rents averaging only $336 per month, PEP Housing is able serve individuals and couples who only have a small social security check to live on, as well as help prevent homelessness. Your raffle ticket enters you into the raffle for a chance to win this luxury car, provided by R.A.B. Motors of San Rafael, CA.

Only 4,000 tickets available. The drawing will be held at PEP Housing’s 30th Anniversary Celebration on Sepetember 18, 2008. Need not be present to win.

Raffle tickets are $50 each or three for $125. You may buy as many tickets as you like. Only one name will appear on each ticket. Please note: the IRS does not allow money spent on raffle tickets to be tax deductible contributions. Once your payment has been processed, your official raffle ticket will be sent to you via the U.S. Postal Service.
