PEP Housing announces Grady Ranch project – Work Force and Senior Housing
Grady Ranch – Work Force and Senior Housing
With the support of Skywalker Properties, PEP Housing is developing 224 units of senior and workforce housing at the Grady Ranch site in Lucas Valley. The proposed community will be carefully situated to make it almost completely unseen from Lucas Valley Road, creating a vibrant and environmentally conscious mix of townhomes and multi-unit housing as well as other features such as a community center, micro-farm, orchards, barn, and more.
The Grady Ranch plan includes 120 units that will be reserved for people whose income falls at 80% of the area’s median income (AMI), or Marin households that earn between $65,700-101,400 a year. The senior housing portion will include 104 units, which will be offered toward a variety of income levels.
